Our goal is to make your experience here both fun and enriching. To achieve this, we value respectful behavior and strict adherence to our community rules, which are essential for a safe and positive experience for everyone. Your contributions and behavior on Peekamoji directly impact others' experiences – be an ambassador for positivity and respect. Violations of these rules are taken seriously and can result in immediate exclusion, depending on the nature and severity of the offense. In the case of minor violations, users may be quarantined or have restrictions placed on their activities, and in more serious or repeated cases, we may choose to suspend the account. We are confident that you will help us make Peekamoji a great place for fun, respect, and value.

Proactive Moderation and Community Safety: We use a combination of technology and manual review to ensure the integrity of the community. Our platform hosts a wide spectrum of users – from young to old, from different cultures and beliefs, and we are committed to ensuring a safe experience for everyone.

Content Customization and Recommendations: Content on Peekamoji is tailored to the user's age, location, and preferences. Note that the scope here is general examples and not an exhaustive list. We use editorial discretion and user engagement to personalize and potentially limit certain types of content.

What is Not Allowed on Peekamoji:

· Animals in Distress or Suffering:

· We do not allow content that deals with or shows animals in distress, harmed, tortured, deceased, or subjected to hunger, neglect, or violence.

· Exceptions apply to content on a professional basis, such as animals being rescued, healed, or having a happy outcome from the conditions described.

· Human Tragedy and Challenges:

· We do not accept content that depicts people in deep distress, who have been injured, subjected to torture, death, or violence.

· However, we do allow content that highlights human resilience, rescue operations, medical or therapeutic progress, and stories that end with hope and recovery, provided they are treated with deep respect and dignity for those involved.

· Account Security:

· You may not create accounts or use profile pictures of people who are not you.

· You may not impersonate another person in images or text.

· You may not profit from others' names or brands and make others believe you are someone other than yourself.

· Sensitive Personal Information: Content involving polls or questions about sensitive personal information, including race, ethnicity, political beliefs, religion, union membership, health, or sex life, is not allowed.

· Flashing Images: Images that flash and may affect light-sensitive users, without warning, are not allowed.

· Unclear Headlines: Headlines that are difficult to read due to the use of capital letters, punctuation, symbols, are not allowed.

· Missing Profile Pictures: User accounts without a visible profile picture or logo are not allowed to share content in a public forum, as the sender must not appear anonymously or share content under an alias.

· Sexual Content:

· Pornographic Nudity and Material: Content containing pornographic nudity, sexual solicitation, non-consensual material, and sexual exploitation of children is strictly forbidden.

· You must never publish, store, send, forward, distribute, or request nude or sexually explicit content involving persons under 18 years of age (this includes sending or storing such images of yourself).

· Explicit Images: All forms of nudity or depictions of sexual activity, including drawings or AI-generated images, are not allowed.

· Explicit Language: Language that explicitly describes sexual acts, genitals, sex toys, sex workers, or sexual taboos is prohibited.

· Sexualized Imagery: Openly suggestive images or images that draw attention to sexualized body parts are not allowed.

· Manipulated Media: Media that sexualizes a person without their consent is not allowed.

· Harassment and Bullying:

· Harassing or Humiliating Content: Attempts to harass or humiliate someone, wishing someone harm, sexual harassment, and violations of privacy are prohibited.

· Derogatory Language: Coarse language or swear words aimed at individuals or groups are not allowed.

· Pranks: Pranks that can make the victim feel in danger of harm, death, or loss are not allowed.

· Disturbing or Violent Content:

· Graphic Violence: Content involving unmotivated or graphic violence, animal abuse, or glorification of self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders is prohibited.

· Intentionally Disturbing Images: Images that evoke discomfort or disturbance, such as sharp objects near the body, are not allowed.

· False or Misleading Information:

· False Information: Dissemination of harmful false or misleading information, denial of tragic events, and deceptive imitations are prohibited.

· Illegal or Regulated Activities:

· Prohibited Activities: Any form of illegal activity, including the sale of illegal or regulated substances, weapons, counterfeit goods or documents, and promotion of exploitation, is not allowed.

· Alcohol and Tobacco: Excessive or dangerous alcohol use, as well as depictions of tobacco, nicotine, or cannabis products, are not allowed.

· Hateful Content, Terrorism, and Violent Extremism:

· Content containing hateful expressions, hate symbols, terrorism, or violent extremism is not allowed, unless it is in connection with news, education, or respectful public discourse, and if slander and hate symbols are obscured.

· Content in Groups and Private Conversations:

· It is strictly illegal to share content, take screenshots, or publish any content that occurs in private groups or conversations, without consent and acceptance from both involved and the administrator.

· Commercial Content:

· Sponsored content from unapproved creators containing calls to action, discount codes, or price information is not eligible for recommendation.

Peekamoji reserves the right to remove or restrict account access for users whom we have reason to believe, at our own discretion, pose a danger to others, both on and off Peekamoji. These include leaders of hate groups and terrorist organizations, persons with a reputation for inciting violence or causing serious harm to others, or behavior that we believe poses a threat to human life. When assessing such behavior, we may consider guidance from other sources, such as experts or law enforcement authorities, to determine whether we should remove or restrict account access.
